Spherion Q3 revenue falls

Spherion Corp. reported third quarter revenue fell to $420 million, or 22.5 percent, from $542 million during the same quarter last year. The company posted a loss of $53,000, or zero a share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, down from a profit of $4.1 million, or 8 cents a share, in the prior-year period. (SFN)
