CORAL GABLES - Brokers with Flagler Real Estate Services LLC, Flagler’s commercial brokerage arm, closed 1,030,767sf of new and renewed lease transactions and 60,000sf of property sales in the third quarter of 2009. Flagler Real Estate Services’ 2009 portfolio of deals now totals 2.8 msf.
Transaction highlights from the third quarter:
- J.P. Morgan Chase renewed its lease for 159,750sf of space at Deerwood South. Gary Cox, director of leasing, represented the landlord, Flagler.
