Lennar reports $35.6M profit in Q4

Lennar Corp., one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, reported a $35.6 million profit, or 19 cents a share, in the fourth quarter. In the prior-year period, it reported a loss of $811 million, or $5.12 a share. (LEN) (LEN)
