$30 raffle tickets for $2M waterfront home go slow

Miles Brannan has spent most of the year organizing a raffle. The prize: his $2 million waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale.<p/> The original plan was to sell 300,000 tickets for $10 apiece, with part of the proceeds benefiting a Miami church, which would conduct the raffle.
