Valley Bank parent under Federal Reserve enforcement order

River Valley Bancorp has signed an enforcement agreement with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to maintain the financial soundness of its three bank subsidiaries, including Fort Lauderdale-based Valley Bank.
