FAR: Home, condo sales up across South Florida

Sales of existing single family homes and condos were up in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in the fourth quarter, compared to the same period a year earlier, according to Florida Realtors. At the same time, prices slid in all three counties.
